Horrible. Just horrible! Ordered online to save some time, not a chance. Girl taking orders was extremely slow and lethargic. I witnessed about 8 people in line before me and ordered and seated. I sat there over 30 minutes waiting for my online order to be filled. Meanwhile another 4 people walked in stood and waited then left. There goes your money manger. Whomever the short girl with dirty glasses needs to seek employment elsewhere. Finally I got tired of the BS waiting and just walked out. I think it’s safe to say I’m done with my local Taco Bell. Just horrible. -5 stars.

WORST TACO BELL EVER!! We’ve been to this location a few times in the past, always a REALLY long wait in the drive thru, even if there were only a couple of cars in front of us. Really wanted Taco Bell today so decided to give them another chance. HORRIBLE decision! Got back to work with food for myself and my employees and all of their hard shell tacos were stale....like very very very stale, uneatable. Called the “Manager” on duty and she would only replace them if I brought them back in right now. Well, that’s not possible because I’m now back at work. She said they wouldn’t just do a voucher to replace the stale food for next time I come in. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES! HORRIBLE FOOD!! If you feel like you want Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else or make the drive to another location!!
